Inventory of all Business-track infrastructure: Firebase projects, Hetzner servers, Cloudflare properties, Odoo instances (Mode A and reporting satellites for Mode B), Polygon deployments, n8n runners, Nextcloud, secrets inventory, DNS, SSL, CDN, monitoring.
Mirrors: Personal's ops/INFRASTRUCTURE.md but for Business stack.
Blocks: Rho deployment sprints, build start April 15, 2026 (ACCELERATED).
§01 — Summary Tables¶
TODO: one-line-per-resource summary (name, type, purpose, owner).
§02 — Firebase Projects (Mode B)¶
TODO: per-branch Firebase projects (tractus-dev/staging/prod, construx-dev/staging/prod). Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, Storage configs. Billing budget alerts.
§03 — Hetzner Servers (Mode A clients + satellites)¶
TODO: per-client Odoo+n8n+Nextcloud VPS specs. Snapshot schedule. Backup strategy. Server naming convention.
§04 — Cloudflare (Business track)¶
TODO: Workers (alaivos-biz-kb already live), Pages projects (docs-biz.alaivos.com future), R2 buckets, DNS records, Access policies for biz-side docs.
§05 — Odoo Instances¶
TODO: Mode A (one per SME client). Mode B reporting satellite (one per branch or shared multi-schema — see OQ-4). Version, modules installed, XML-RPC auth method.
§06 — Polygon Deployment¶
TODO: CiteriumMarketplace.sol contract addresses per (branch × environment). Deployer wallet. Gas budget. Network transition plan (Mumbai → mainnet after 100 confirmed tx).

§10 — DNS & SSL¶
TODO: Business-track domains (docs-biz.alaivos.com, marketplace subdomains per branch). SSL certs (Let's Encrypt auto-renew). CAA records.
§11 — Monitoring & Alerting¶
TODO: uptime monitors, error rate alerts, revenue anomaly alerts (from revenue manipulation monitor), CETES float alerts. Pager routing (Rho primary, Omicron secondary).
§12 — Costs¶
TODO: monthly cost per branch and total. Unit economics (cost per shipment, cost per phase, cost per Mode A tenant).
