Full branch configuration for the Construx construction branch (Deployment Mode B, Firestore-primary). Covers GC/subcontractor/inspector/municipality roles, BIM integration, drone inspection workflows, phase-based approval gates, and all Construx-specific capsule specs.

Blocks: Construx build sprint. Write before CNX deploys to alaivos-biz-core.

§01 — Branch Identity

TODO: brand, deployment mode, data layer, reference clients, market.

§02 — Branch Manifest

TODO: full JSON manifest — deployment_mode: "B", data_layer: "firestore_primary", currencies, persona skins config, capsule install list in order.

§03 — Personas (Construx skins)

TODO: name + vocabulary + RAG corpus for each of the 7 backbone personas. e.g. Risk Agent = "The Phase Inspector", Ops Agent = "The Site Coordinator".

§04 — Workflow Phases

TODO: phase lifecycle (plan → start → in-progress → submission → inspection → approval → payment → closeout). Gate conditions per phase.

§05 — BIM Integration

TODO: how BIM models flow through bim-data-vault, versioning contract, geometry export API consumers, DWG support.

§06 — Drone Inspection

TODO: mission generation from BIM, flight authorization (identity-lock), telemetry ingestion, photogrammetry (Pix4D / OpenDroneMap v1.0), keyframe extraction, multi-flight comparison, deviation report to Risk Agent.

§07 — AR Progress Audit

TODO: ar-progress-audit capsule scope — CV model construx-spatial-v1, spatial CAD overlay, deviation scoring, cycle back to Risk Agent.

§08 — Construx-Specific Capsule Specs

TODO: flesh out specs for the 4 Construx-specific capsules (status "Spec pending" in BIZ-CAPSULE-REGISTRY.md): ar-progress-audit, bim-data-vault, spatial-comparison-engine, drone-inspection.

TODO: GC / subcontractor / inspector / municipality signoff order. Which events are append-only on Firestore. LFPDPPP consent for biometric + BIM data.

§10 — Finance Model

TODO: phase-based payment accrual, retention, disputes, Finance Agent XML-RPC to Odoo, reconciliation tasks on failure.

TODO: construction_surface.json — which Odoo modules foregrounded, chart of accounts segmentation, reporting views.

TODO: municipal permits, SAT, AFAC drone operations sub-schema inside regulatory-clearance, LFPDPPP.
