Project identity¶
alaivOS Business is a privacy-first back-office operating system for SMEs. One backbone, many branches. Four Universal Dimensions (Capital, Time, Flow, Vault) unify the data model across every sector. Branches are configuration profiles — not separate products. Capsules are installable capability modules that extend branches without touching the backbone.
Company: Citerius Holdings LLC (Wyoming, USA). Founder: J (Guadalajara, Mexico).
Three active branches: Tractus (logistics — longhaul + lastmile, Mode B), Construx (construction, Mode B), Generic SME (Mode A). Planned: Retail, Legal, Healthcare.
Separation from Personal: Permanent. Zero shared backend, auth, database, agents, KV, or codebase. Shared only: Flutter shell, glassmorphism design system, privacy philosophy.

Locked decisions at-a-glance¶
- Personal ↔ Business = permanently separate. Zero convergence. Ever.
- Tractus = Branch of Business. Not a capsule. Not a standalone product.
- Mode B = Firestore-primary. Odoo = financial reporting satellite only. Firestore writes NEVER rolled back.
- Seven backbone Personas. Branches apply skins (config, not code).
- Capsule taxonomy locked March 2026. 9 generic + 4 Construx-specific + 2 lastmile-specific + marketplace-discovery.
- Blockchain = Polygon. Async anchoring. Mumbai testnet first 90 days.
- Lastmile finance = ePOD accrual with server-timestamp hard cutoff. No manual backdating possible.
- COD treasury = day-1 lastmile. MXN 43M+ daily float at ampm scale.
- SA de CV = hard blocker for all MX contracts.
- Four dimension names (Capital/Time/Flow/Vault) = working labels until developer program lock.
- Drone = client-owned. Citerius = software + pipeline only.

Workflow & shared brain¶
Cloudflare KV alaivos-biz-kb namespace is the shared brain. Separate from Personal's ALAIVOS_KB. Agents access via MCP (Omicron), wrangler CLI (Rho), bash/curl (builders, Pi).
KV keys: master-kb, current-sprint, sprint-results, sprint-log, pi-findings, arch-decisions.
